With his easygoing character, he will be a suitable match for nearly any rider. He is a son of Harrie Smolders’s top horse Uricas van de Kattevennen, who participated in the European Championships in Milan last year and previously won the GCT-Grand Prix in Riesenbeck and the 5*-Grand Prix in Sankt Gallen. For breeding purposes, this Holstein bred sire is a valuable addition as well, and we find Uricas van de Kattevennen paired here with the mare Okadija van den Heuvel. In her pedigree, the pinto genes are doubly represented, through her French-bred sire Roccossifred, who jumped on 1.40m level, and dam’s sire Eddy Wally. Both stallions have already produced several internationally performing offspring, and from this direct damline also originates the international 1.40m level horse Pelle T (s.Kasanova de la Pomme).
